Really nice season opener overall. Man, Trouba really looked good for Rangers. Kakko had some flashes but otherwise couldn't really do much. I really would prefer seeing Kakko on the 1st line, I think Buch was significantly holding it back. Nice seeing the bottom 3 finding a little bit of success as well. Overall, fan of both of these teams so didn't really care about the score, hence a high-scoring nailbiter was just about perfect.

Mika, Panarin, and Trouba were fantastic tonight, and we're gonna need them to help carry water for this team a lot this season.
