And you have come to this conclusion after 1 game? They may have won their 1st game last year but they played like ass for the first 10. They have played 3 Fing games in 10 months. They will be better as the season progresses.

I just voted for Laf. That’s it. No other stars given. Even Fox got his pocket picked by Barzal.

Rooney seemed to be the most involved and had some fight in him until he got bushwhacked. Whoever complained about JJ was completely right. He was the anchor on defense.

The team was not good tonight, refs were even worse. That no goal call still makes no sense, laf getting whistled for a stick lift and then a legit slash going uncalled which led to the 4-0 goal.

I really want to know what they worked on during camp though.I've seen teams look worse because they are worse, but I haven't seen any team look THIS disjointed.

I know it’s the first game but......
Way too much BS passing. Nobody wants to shoot and when they do it’s right into a defenders legs.
Power play sucked. Zibanejad never went to the off wing circle for a one timer. Everything was to the outside with nobody moving.

I didn’t think trouba played bad.
Lemieux played 5 minutes?!?!!! The whole game!
Igor had a bad start.
Kakko is not going to be what we think he’s gonna be. Then again he only played 11 minutes.
Miller looked lost, which is expected.
Laf looked ok.
Panarin was invisible.
Johnson is a train wreck.
Annnnnnnnnnd Howden still sucks.
