Just what is it that you are looking for? The team completely over achieved last year and young players progressed well overall. The youngest team in the league for the second straight year and even younger than last years. Game 1 of this season aside, the players play hard for him.

I will be ready to start the conversation when the wheels come off the bus this year and/or the team completely underachieves. Stating that under him the team cannot take the next step is incredibly short sighted after ONE game. And the first game of the season at that when you have no other game or a body of work to compare it to.
