We'll probably see a baseball type platoon, given how densely packed the schedule is.

The only thing I ask is no injuries. It’s going to be a rough couple of weeks as players get into true game shape, and that’s when players are most vulnerable. I just want everyone, Islanders also, to leave this game fully healthy. I’m far less concerned about making the playoffs this season. I want to see growth from the team. I want to see that they really are heading on the right path. Hopefully tonight shows us the potential of these young players.

It is a joke, I live in England and have the NHL subscription that is a over a 100 pounds, to be able to watch all the games I also have to have BT Sports and Premier Sports. Tonights game is on BT. I think it is wrong that the NHL Live is blacked out over games broadcasted behind the paid channels. I pay 3 times now to watch my team play.

No doubt, the nfl had a ton of injuries from lack of proper preseason. Hopefully we don’t see too much of that
