I am so ******* excited.

I thought Myers was going to be with Hoff and then Tallinder-Pysyk, no? That didn't go as planned?

Don't understand how Larsson is up but scratched. Hoping that's incorrect. Kid was impressive in preseason.

1st regular season GDT of the 2013-2014 season!!!!

Nice work woody :5:

May the season of pain and suffering commence.

5-2 Red Wings

Myers, Leino, or Girgensons get a goal

Yeah I'm actually kind of pissed off. The kid deserves to be starting, they just have a steady hard-on for Zemgus (rightfully so).

4-2 Wings.

Vanek with a goal in a second period that sees the Sabres try super hard and get mostly frustrated.

Grigorenko sits most of the third.

I was thinking maybe to have a spare forward if someone gets hurt in warm-ups or something, but Scott is still there, so....

Perhaps someone is banged up that we don't know about? Hell, maybe even Larsson? Or maybe Rolston wants the option to put Larsson in for Grigorenko? :dunno:

No way in hell Detroit pots 5 on the Sabres. This team will be much more sound, defensively, than last year.

3-2, Buffalo stuns Detroit in Motown!

Stafford, Vanek and Ehrhoff for the good guys.

Great! Hockey's back!!!

No more foolin' around trying get a stream to work only to see my computer get loaded up with extra tool bars, different media/video players, pop ups and other useless garbage (maleware warnings) etc!

(That's right, I'm definitely not an IT geek. At best , only barely tech capable.....)

Prediction: 5 -1 Wings. Men against the boys. Reality check time for Miller and Vanek.

Nonetheless, it's SABRES HOCKEY:yo::thumbu::clap::banana::hockey:

It will not take long before Larsson to get himself into the lineup. I will be patient.

Going to be hard to see the Sabres go on the road and beat Detroit in their home opener.

Detroit wins 3-2

Knock on wood, I haven't downloaded any toolbars etc... Because you NEVER need to download anything from various streams. If it asks you too, you either click on the full screen option and that garbage goes away. Or find a different stream. Or worst case, just listen to the WGR radio feed on their website. But you should never EVER download any garbage from streaming websites.

I find Larsson's exclusion easily more frustrating than Myers with Tallinder, but the current OP combos are simply the latest lineup from Monday's practice. As usual, they could always change at Tuesday's practice or Wednesday's morning skate.
