Touchdown Brown named after NFL HOFer Jim Brown? Or another football great named Brown who scored touchdowns? Even not - this football fan has to place a football related wager on Touchdown Brown to hit the endzone - I mean finishline first before any other horse!

Well I'm going with it being named after Jim Brown who had 126 TDs (106 Rushing & 20 Receiving) in his NFL Career. So my wager is that number plus I added two zeros = $12600. Go Touchdown Brown!

One of the trio of owners has the last name Brown and there is no connection that I can see to football. The owner Edward "Rusty" Brown has been in partnership with others and his profession seems to be in healthcare insurance.
